Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on interbank clearing. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real funds. Players may close their e999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
